We want you to be delighted every time you shop with RELTEX. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return or exchange item(s). There are certain exceptions, i.e. custom leathers and leathers which have had any customer specific modification are excluded from our return and/or exchange policy. This does not mean you will be stuck with a potentially wrong size item, but you will need to contact us via email and we'll be happy to offer you some options depending on the level of customisation work you have had done.
We use a simple RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) system where you email us using the 'contact us' link above stating your original order number and request a RMA also stating a reason for return or exchange. We will then send you (within 48 hours) a RMA form in PDF format in reply to your email as an PDF attachment. Please print and return with your package and follow the conditions below;
- RMA form must be in the package and RMA number on display on outside of package otherwise a processing delay may occur
- Item(s) must be returned unused in its original packaging where possible
- Item(s) must not be damaged or show signs of wear or abuse
- Item(s) must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit
- Customers are responsible for delivery charges back to us in all circumstances
- Please ensure that item(s) is sent by either recorded delivery or
courier. We can not except any liability for goods lost in transit
- Item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of purchase in order for us to issue a refund or exchange efficiently
